Construction drawings include the following at a minimum

We draw all of our plans to comply with currently adopted IBC, IRC, IPC and IECC – Most sets are 8-12 pages.

1. Site Plan – Showing property lines, roads, easements and structure location
   
2. Floor Plans – Fully dimensioned with callouts for windows, doors, structural elements and shear walls
3. Foundation Plan – Fully dimensioned plan showing location of all footings designed to local code requirements for soil bearing and frost depth if required
4. Roof Framing Plan – Structural drawing showing location and sizes of all beams, rafters, trusses and connections
5. Sections – At least 2-3 sections through structure showing framing and foundation details
6. Elevations – 4 – 2D elevations showing exterior materials, building height, roof slope, etc.
7. Electrical Plan – Depending on jurisdiction requirements, a full electrical plan with panel location, diagram of all switches, lights, plugs, etc. per code
8. Details – Structural details of footings, eaves, connections, shear walls and other items as needed
